Three ways to build.

Your content — text, images, logo if you have one — plus a clear sense of who the site is for and what you want it to accomplish. If your content isn't written yet, say so up front and we'll plan around it rather than stalling mid-build.

Foundation is typically one to two weeks, Framework two to three, Flagship three to five — measured from when your content arrives, not from when you pay. Delays almost always come from content, so the more ready you are, the faster this moves.

Half up front to reserve the build slot, half on delivery before the site goes live. Quoted flat, so the number you agree to is the number you pay unless you ask for scope beyond what we agreed.

One consolidated set of change requests, reviewed and returned together. Sending twelve separate emails over three weeks isn't one round — gather your feedback, send it once, and you'll get a much better result.

We'll set the site up on your hosting and point your domain at it, and we'll walk you through the choices. The accounts stay in your name and you pay those providers directly — you should always own your own domain and hosting.

You do. On final payment the files are yours outright, including the source. No licence you have to keep renewing, no hostage situation if you want to move on.
