Four stages, completed in order—with nothing built before it’s designed. You’ll review and approve the creative direction before a single line of code is written.
A short intake covering your business, your audience, and what the site actually needs to accomplish. We're looking for the one thing a visitor must walk away with.
This is also where we're honest about fit. If your project needs something outside what we do well, better to say it now than three weeks in.
Layout, typography and colour direction, shown to you before any build work begins. Changing a drawing costs minutes; changing a built site costs days.
You'll see the real structure with your real content in place — not a generic mockup with placeholder text.
The approved draft gets built out fully responsive, tested at every screen width, with performance and accessibility checked as part of the work rather than bolted on after.
You'll get a private preview link to watch it come together.
Final revisions, then the site goes live on your hosting with your domain pointed at it. You get the source files, and a walkthrough of anything you'll be maintaining yourself.
Accounts stay in your name from the start. Nothing about your business lives in someone else's login.
The most common delay is content. Design and build move quickly; waiting on copy and photos is what stretches a two-week project into six. If your content isn't ready, tell us at survey stage and we'll sequence the work around it.
